Enthusiasm, It’s Greek

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.” The word enthusiasm comes from the Greek word entheos, which means ‘the god within’. Enthusiasm is one of your greatest assets. It is more important than money, power or influence. Enthusiasm is energy, direction, purpose, and commitment.

With properly directed enthusiasm, you can acquire anything you want. Happy, successful people have learned to think and act enthusiastically. Enthusiastic people are in control of their lives. People who create and maintain ‘the god within’ make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.

All great achievements have enthusiasm as the foundation. Look at any successful organization or person and you will find them: consumed with a specific goal, absolutely confident in their abilities, and faithful in the purpose of their endeavors. They are committed to something in which they find enjoyment, challenge, and deep satisfaction in achievement.

So take action today and join the most successful people in the world. Live each day enthusiastically and you will have greater vitality and zest. Your enthusiasm will be contagious to others. Become more enthusiastic! You will live your very best life and take a bunch of people with you!
