Being in the zone or sweet spot is the key to real power. The more we worry about the future, the less strength we have in this moment.
So how do we stop worrying about the future? Live in this moment and nowhere else. Living in the moment is the opposite of worrying about the future. When you are too busy living, you will spend less time worrying.
